It is currently FREE for Registered Users of this site to list for Sale Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks, and Lots.

FREE Listings are also allowed for Mobile Home Movers, Insurance, Financing, and Brokers etc The listings are currently free but we reserve the right to begin to charge for listings at any time The Discussion Forum should remain free at all time for all registered members.

4) Listing Your Homes or Parks on MobileHomeMagic.com

By submitting listings to MobileHomeMagic.com, you understand and agree that all the listing information you provide will be publicly available to anyone. MobileHomeMagic.com makes absolutely no attempt to verify, validate, or protect any listing information provided to us in any way whatsoever, and you are solely responsible for the content of the information you provide.

5) Policing the World

MobileHomeMagic.com is not responsible for and does not control or police any emails or telephone calls our users may receive. Once an email or telephone number is advertised it is public information and free to the world.

6.) No Personal Advice.

The information contained in or made available by MobileHomeMagic.com does not and is not intended to convey any form of personal advice to you regarding the sale or purchase real or personal property. The information here cannot replace or substitute for professional advice to answer any questions and help you understand and use the information available through this Site.

DISCUSSION FORUMS

1. Posts to the forums

MHMAGIC encourage discussions pertaining to all aspects of Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks. Please openly exchange your questions, ideas, knowledge and blunders so other may not make them. But once again, we do not believe in and can not be a police state. We don’t review every posting of homes and parks for sale and the publicly posted forms. We will try to take out the trash but it is not our main concern. Police yourself. If you offend easily, go some place else.

We can not and will not guarantee the accuracy of any of the posts made on this board. Please always do your own due diligence before following the advice of others.

2. If you want to use our Public Forms. We require a few things.

Below are a few rules, we ask that you follow them so all of our lives can be more relaxed. However if you chose to cause MobileHomeMagic.com grief by not playing by the rules than the following actions can be taken against you. You have been warned.

* Do not advertise or solicit business in the Public Investor Discussion Forms.

You agree not to advertise in the public forms. You are more than welcome to add your business name and web page under your signature. All advertisements and solicitations in the forums will be deleted.

* No spamming. You agree not to gather the email addresses of users who post in our public forums for the purpose of spamming or for any other purpose.
* No vulgar language or threats. It is all to easy to sit behind your PC and talk a big bad talk. We do not find it amusing and it will not be tolerated. If you enjoy doing such things please go to another board, You are not welcome at MobileHomeMagic.com. Any and all such posts will be deleted.
* Off-topic postings. Please make an effort to post your comment in the correct discussion form. It is much easier for us to delete those posts that we do discover than move them. So if you make a post please pay attention to the right category, or when you come back to check this post, it may very well be deleted.
